Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for use with any spa treatment, package or retail product (except Jane Iredale Make Up). Gift Vouchers are only valid for Hair Appointments on Tuesday's. Gift vouchers are non refunable and not exchangable for cash and must be presented at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. ‘NO SHOW’ appointments will automatically void your gift voucher.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum of 24hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling within this time will result in a 50% free. No show appointments are charged full price of treatmentbooked.

Late Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to allow time to relax and fill in your consultation form.Arriving late will unforunatantly limit the time of your allocated treatment;it will lessen the effectivieness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.

Refund Policy
We do not refund if your simply change your mind however Eden Spa complies with NSW Department of fair trading.
