How long are the vouchers valid for?

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years, unless they are promotional vouchers. Promotional vouchers will show the expiry date on them. 

Is my Eden Spa Voucher valid to use at The Bathhouse?

If you have a physical voucher that displays Eden Spa and The Bathhouse logos, then it can be redeemed at The Bathhouse and here at Eden Spa. If you have an E-Gift Voucher or a physical Voucher for Eden Spa, it must be redeemed at Eden Spa. If you have a Bathhouse E-Gift Voucher or physical Voucher, if can only be redeemed at The Bathhouse and not here at Eden Spa.

Can I use my voucher on products?
