What to expect when you visit our clinic!

Looking to visit us here at Eden Spa to start treating your skin? We are just as excited to have you! But first things first... let us help you understand our clinic etiquette and all the information you need to know about your appointment with us!

Arrival

We recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We reserve your appointment just for you, therefore arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend treatments beyond the booked time and you will be charged the full amount.

Please be advised that your treatment time includes a personalised consultation and preparation.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved and dedicated just for you. If you do wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 48 hours otherwise your 50% booking fee will be non refundable.
Noise Level
We love for our clinic environment to remain quiet for the full relaxation of our clients. Please be mindful of noise throughout the clinic and respect other the privacy of other guests. This courtesy will also be extended to you. Please also ensure your mobile phone is switched to silent and try to avoid answering phone calls
No Child Policy
Whilst we love our children, it is important that you try to organise a sitter for your children, prior to arriving to your appointment. Our clientele visit our clinic not only for amazing skin results, but also for relaxation purposes. No children are covered under our spa policy and we have a variety of high risk equipment in clinic. We appreciate your understanding.
Health Considerations

To ensure your safety and enjoyment of your experience with us, please notify our receptionists at time of booking, of any medical conditions, pregnancy, prescription medication, physical ailments or disabilities as some services may be contra-indicated. We may need to request a medical certificate from your health expert for certain medical conditions.

Minimum Age

Written parental or guardian permission is required for teens under 17 years of age.

Parking 

Please keep in mind to allocate time to find a parking spot before your appointment.
